WHO are we?
Jan and I met whilst working in the Music Trade in the 70s. Our love for music and each other brought us together.
Jan studied at the Royal College of Music where she gained her Diploma (ARCM). I continued my passion for musical cabaret and we married in 1978.
Our children Chloe and Ashley have followed our musical footsteps. Chloe studied Music at University, gaining a BA Hons Degree and Ashley plays percussion for music theatre groups as well as working for many years in the music trade.
Having the opportunity to purchase the gift shop was like a dream come true as Jan and I had talked many times about having our own business.
With the help of our family, we have given Sharps and Flats a fresh and modern approach since taking over in August 2008.
The shop is managed by Ashley. His experience of the music and gift trade can help you purchase from our unique blend of quality gifts.
